What elements are included in a Transforma educational itinerary?
When you use Transforma as your DMC, we’ll ensure a high-quality, learning objective-focused itinerary that aims to combine educational elements with cultural experiences designed to provide students with a well-rounded, engaging, and enriching school tour.
Depending on your destination, group, and subject, you can expect your itinerary to contain a range of educational visits, destination exploration, cultural workshops or classes, landmark visits, and much more. And remember – all of our tours are customizable to the requirements of your group!Do your customized group tours come with on-the-ground assistance?
All of our educational tours come with an Adventure Leader included as standard. Our general ratio is 1 Adventure Leader per group of up to 40 students, who is on hand to ensure that the tour logistics run smoothly. If you require any additional Adventure Leaders above the specified ratio, or there are any specific needs in an Adventure Leader, let us know when enquiring and we can factor this in.
How does Transforma ensure safety on customized group tours?
Health & safety is our number one priority on all trips. Operating a rigorous safety management system, risk assessments on activities, and an emergency procedure, we’re dedicated to ensuring the smooth planning and operating of our tours. In addition, once on the ground you’ll have 24-hour support from our Operations team, as well as the day-in, day-out local expertise of your Adventure Leader. How are meals organized on customized group tours?
As standard, all meals are included on our educational tours. Generally speaking, breakfast will be provided at the accommodation, with evening meals in pre-booked restaurants. Lunches are often provided on a cash on the ground basis, but pre-booked lunchtime reservations can also be catered to if required.
We will often try to ensure that local food is provided so that groups are able to experience local and regional cuisines whilst exploring the destination – however, we can also cater to other preferences if required. We also recommend informing us of any specific dietary requirements in advance.What is the standard transportation on Transforma’s educational tours?
If you have any specific transportation needs, please let us know at the point of enquiry. Private coach airport transfers are provided as standard, while on-tour transport for day-to-day sightseeing is dependent upon the location. This could be a mix of private coaches or making use of our destinations’ public transport systems.
Can Transforma white-label a customized group tour?
Yes! If required, we are happy to arrange for your tour to be branded in your company livery.
